Vamos Draws is an independent app that makes LTAT / ATF junior tennis draws readable on a phone. We are not affiliated with LTAT. This page says plainly what we show, what we keep, and how to have a profile taken down.

Player data

• What we show: name (Thai and Latin spelling), the federation photo, day and month of birth, tournament appearances, match results and scores, LTAT ranking points and position.
• Where it comes from: the public tournament pages of the federation (tour.ltat.org) and, for ATF events, atf.hitcourt.com. We do not receive anything privately and we do not buy data.
• 🔴 What we deliberately do NOT store: the year of birth (the source prints it — we keep only day and month, so a birthday can be celebrated without publishing an exact age), addresses, phone numbers, e-mail, school, parents' names or any contact details of a player.
• Why: so a parent, a player or a coach can find a schedule, a bracket and a head-to-head in seconds instead of paging through the federation site at the courts.

Remove a player profile

If you are the player, a parent or a legal guardian and you do not want the profile on this site, write to [email protected] or Telegram @zhedor (or use the ✉️ Feedback form in the app). Tell us the player's name and, if you can, the link to the page. We remove the profile within 7 days and do not ask for documents beyond what is needed to see that the request is genuine.

Please note: we can only remove data from this site. The federation's own pages are not ours — for those, contact LTAT directly.

Visitor data

• You can use everything without an account. Signing in is optional: nothing on this site is locked behind it.
• Favourites (⭐) live in your browser only (localStorage). They leave your device if you switch on match notifications — then the app has to tell the server whom to alert about — or if you sign in, and then they are stored with your account so they follow you to your other devices.
• Notifications: if you tap "notify me", we store the push address your browser issues plus those favourite player codes. Turn notifications off in the app (or in the browser) and the record is deleted.
• Weekly hearts (❤️): a random id generated by your browser plus your IP address, used only to count one heart per player per week. The whole board resets every Monday.
• IP address: used for anti-spam limits, the "online now" counter (kept ~15 minutes) and web-server access logs (kept 14 days).
• Feedback form: whatever you type — plus your IP — is delivered to the owner's Telegram and kept for up to 12 months, then deleted automatically.
• Analytics: only after you agree in the cookie notice — see Cookies & analytics below.

🍪 Cookies & analytics

Nothing in this section loads until you press Accept in the cookie notice. Without it the whole site still works — only these counters stay off.

• Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google LLC, USA): the pages you open, the browser and device type, an approximate region from the IP address, and two actions — following a tournament and switching on notifications. We use them to see which pages help people and which ads bring visitors who find the site useful. Google sets its own cookies for this. We never send names, e-mail, player profiles or messages.
• LiveInternet visit counter (Russia): the address of the page and of the page you came from (without anything after «?»), the page title and your screen size.
• Changing your mind: the «🍪 Cookies» link at the bottom of every page withdraws consent at once — the counters stop on this device and the notice comes back.
• Our own cookies are technical only: the sign-in session, your language choice, and — in the browser itself — your answer to the cookie notice, kept for 12 months.

If you sign in

Signing in goes through the shared door at zhedor.com/login (LINE, Google, Facebook, Telegram or a link sent to your e-mail). We receive an identifier, and — depending on the provider — a display name and an e-mail address. We never receive your password.

• What the account holds: your favourites, the tournaments you follow, which notifications you asked for, the last players and tournaments you opened, and — if you claimed one — the player profile that belongs to you or to your child.
• The ✓ mark next to a player's name means the profile is looked after by a real person. Who that person is, is never shown — no name, no e-mail, nothing.
• Messages are only for players with a confirmed profile, only after both sides agree, and only within the same age group: adults and under-20s cannot write to each other in either direction. Messages are text only, they are stored for 12 months and then deleted, and you can block or report the other person at any time.
• Under 20? Thai law treats you as a minor. Before you can start messaging, a parent or guardian has to agree — we show that screen once and record the fact and the time.
• Notifications about a message never contain its text — only who wrote to you.
• Writing to us about a profile: when you ask for a profile («this is me» / «this is my child») or write from the «My profiles» page, we keep your message and — only if you type them — a phone number or LINE id and the name of a coach or club. We use them for one thing: to decide whether the profile is yours and to answer you. They are shown to the site owner only, never published, kept for 12 months and then deleted with the rest of the conversation.
• Deleting your account is a button, not a request: sign in, open the account menu and tap "delete my account". Everything above disappears together with it, including your side of every conversation. It cannot be undone.
