Pika for psychologists
Sessions, prepaid packages and each client's remaining balance in one place — not in notes, a spreadsheet and three messengers.
You run a private practice
Add your clients, put sessions on the grid, mark packages as paid. Each client gets a personal link and sees their own schedule and remaining sessions.

Private practice
Sessions get moved and packages run out — you shouldn't be the one remembering
A client asks to move Thursday. Two sessions are left out of a package of ten, and reminding them shouldn't turn into an awkward money conversation in the middle of your work. Pika holds it for you: the schedule, the remaining package and the payment history live in the client's space — they open a link and see it themselves.
Add a client
Just a name. Takes a couple of seconds.
Send a link or QR
The client opens it and adds it to their home screen — like an app.
They're in their cabinet
They drop in anytime and see it all themselves.
What the client sees
Why people get hooked
No counting change, no awkward “do I owe you?”. They give what they have — you add it to their balance — they see what's left. Money stops being an awkward talk.
What's inside
Week grid, calendar and auto-reminders — never a missed session.
Messaging with every client right in their cabinet — nothing lost in messengers.
Who topped up and who owes — per client, no notebook or calculator.
Track growth and results — the client sees they're moving forward, and stays.
The client opens their cabinet in one tap. No logins, no passwords.
The client installs their cabinet to the home screen and opens it like a separate app.
Pika for your profession
Terminology, scenarios and money work differently for a psychologist, a tutor and a nail tech. Pick yours — the page speaks your language.
FAQ
What does the client see?
Only their own: upcoming sessions, their remaining package, their payment history and the chat with you. Nothing that belongs to anyone else, nothing from your back office.
Should I keep session notes in Pika?
No need. Pika is about scheduling, payments and staying in touch — not a medical record. Health data is a special category under most privacy laws with separate requirements; keep it where your practice is set up to keep it.
How is a missed session counted?
However you decide: the final word is always yours, and the client sees that decision in their own space right away.
Works with
Zhedor Calendar for Android
Your Pika sessions can live in your phone's calendar too: the free Zhedor Calendar app shows the schedule right on a home-screen widget and keeps it in sync — cancel a session in Pika and it disappears there as well.
