Pika for psychologists

Sessions, prepaid packages and each client's remaining balance in one place — not in notes, a spreadsheet and three messengers.

You run a private practice

Add your clients, put sessions on the grid, mark packages as paid. Each client gets a personal link and sees their own schedule and remaining sessions.

Private practice

Sessions get moved and packages run out — you shouldn't be the one remembering

A client asks to move Thursday. Two sessions are left out of a package of ten, and reminding them shouldn't turn into an awkward money conversation in the middle of your work. Pika holds it for you: the schedule, the remaining package and the payment history live in the client's space — they open a link and see it themselves.

Step 01

Add a client

Just a name. Takes a couple of seconds.

Step 02

Send a link or QR

The client opens it and adds it to their home screen — like an app.

Step 03

They're in their cabinet

They drop in anytime and see it all themselves.

What the client sees

Why people get hooked

No counting change, no awkward “do I owe you?”. They give what they have — you add it to their balance — they see what's left. Money stops being an awkward talk.

18 clients have run through Pika for over a year. Each has their own cabinet on their phone — they just open it and check when the next session is.

FAQ

What does the client see?

Only their own: upcoming sessions, their remaining package, their payment history and the chat with you. Never other clients, your total income or your records.

Should I keep session notes in Pika?

No need. Pika is about scheduling, payments and staying in touch — not a medical record. Health data is a special category under most privacy laws with separate requirements; keep it where your practice is set up to keep it.

How is a missed session counted?

However you decide: deduct it from the package, move it, or let it go. Pika doesn't impose a cancellation policy — it records your decision, and the client sees the same balance you do.

Zhedor Calendar for Android

Your Pika sessions can live in your phone's calendar too: the free Zhedor Calendar app shows the schedule right on a home-screen widget and keeps it in sync — cancel a session in Pika and it disappears there as well.
