Pika for tutors
Lessons, prepayments and debts per student — and payments that stay clear when you teach a brother and a sister.
You teach students
Put lessons on the grid for the school year, mark payments and no-shows. The parent opens a link and sees their child's schedule and balance — no more "how much do we owe you?".

Lessons and money
The child takes the lesson, the parent pays — and that breaks every spreadsheet
Two children from one family, paid for with a single transfer, one missed a lesson while ill, the other took an extra one before an exam. Pika adds it up for you, and the parent checks the balance in their own space. No more arguing about what was already paid for.

The client opens it and adds it to their home screen — like an app.
They're in their cabinet
They drop in anytime and see it all themselves.
What the client sees
Why people get hooked
No counting change, no awkward “do I owe you?”. They give what they have — you add it to their balance — they see what's left. Money stops being an awkward talk.
What's inside
Week grid, calendar and auto-reminders — never a missed session.
Messaging with every client right in their cabinet — nothing lost in messengers.
Who topped up and who owes — per client, no notebook or calculator.
Track growth and results — the client sees they're moving forward, and stays.
The client opens their cabinet in one tap. No logins, no passwords.
The client installs their cabinet to the home screen and opens it like a separate app.
Pika for your profession
Terminology, scenarios and money work differently for a psychologist, a tutor and a nail tech. Pick yours — the page speaks your language.
FAQ
The parent pays but the child attends — how does that work?
That case is covered: the parent pays once for both children and sees the balance in their own space.
Does the student or parent have to install anything?
No. They open a personal link in the browser and immediately see the schedule, the balance and the chat with you. They can add it to the home screen and it behaves like an app.
What if a lesson is moved or the student doesn't show up?
You mark it on the lesson, and the decision is visible in their space right away. Nobody has to reconstruct the month from memory.
Works with
Zhedor Calendar for Android
Your Pika sessions can live in your phone's calendar too: the free Zhedor Calendar app shows the schedule right on a home-screen widget and keeps it in sync — cancel a session in Pika and it disappears there as well.
